All who know me well know that I am a lover of all things cheese. I have never met a cheese that I did not savor, never passed up an opportunity to experience a new flavor of pressed curd. And the stinkier the better-the pungent smell of a strong Blue always gets my taste buds salivating. Today, a short blurb about my favorite food...
When serving cheese at a social event, there are many ways to present it. A nicely arranged cheese platter is sure to make your guests hover around the hors'devours table. Another great way to serve cheese is in a cheese cloche. These domes are great because you can present cheese beautifully while protecting it from unwanted buzzing pests, then use the cloche year round to display your favorite treasures.
